Short version: we don’t track you.

2. What we collect

Two cases:

• You browse the website. Standard server access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp). Retained 30 days for security and operational diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• You submit the contact form (or email us). Name, company, role, e-mail, project context, deadline. Used only to reply to your enquiry. Retained as long as the business relationship is active, or 24 months if no engagement materialises. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. What we don’t do

• No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
• No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar by default.
• No newsletter, we don’t add you to any list when you submit a form.
• No data sale or sharing with third parties for marketing.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Kinsta Inc. (USA / EU) with Cloudflare in front for CDN and WAF. Both have Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place for EU-to-US data flows. E-mail is processed by Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, EU tenant). The contact form is provided and processed by HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector, USA); your submission is stored in our HighLevel CRM under an Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses for the EU-to-US transfer.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15), request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification (Art. 16), correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Art. 17), request deletion.
• Restriction (Art. 18), restrict processing.
• Data portability (Art. 20).
• Object (Art. 21), object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77), for STS, the competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

6. Cookies & the booking form

This site uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. The booking form on our Contact page is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector, USA) and is loaded only after you explicitly click “Load the booking form”. Loading it sets the cookies HighLevel needs to operate the form, legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), with the USA transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you are not asked again. We use no marketing and no analytics cookies.

7. Data security

The site is served exclusively over TLS (HTTPS) with the highest encryption level your browser supports. All form submissions and contact data are transmitted encrypted.

8. Updates to this notice

Last updated: 2026-05-25. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Minor wording changes will be reflected here without separate notification.
